BEFORE DISPATCH
We will try to cancel an order or adjust the size, color, quantity or delivery details before fulfillment reaches a stage that cannot be reversed. Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by support.
AFTER DISPATCH
Carrier restrictions may prevent changes or cancellations. You may still have return or statutory withdrawal rights after receiving the order. Do not refuse delivery without checking the return process and applicable law.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Include the corrected full recipient name, address, postal code and any required phone number. For privacy, we may verify that the requester is the purchaser.
IF CANCELLATION IS ACCEPTED
Payments already captured will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines and consumer law.
CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Some custom items may have different change-of-mind cancellation rights where law permits; any such limitation must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
