The amount shown at checkout should be the amount you agree to pay. NEIVORA displays available payment methods through its checkout; availability may differ by location and device.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
The store may display prices in USD or another enabled currency. The final checkout currency, shipping costs, taxes and any other mandatory charges must be shown before payment. Banks may impose separate currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are handled by authorized payment providers. We may receive transaction status and reference information needed to fulfill orders, but you should never send a card security code or complete card number to info@neivora.store.
DECLINED OR PENDING PAYMENTS
If checkout fails, verify the billing information and contact your bank or payment provider. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed purchase. Please avoid repeatedly placing the same order without checking your confirmation email.
SECURITY CHECKS
Orders may undergo proportionate anti-fraud checks. If an order cannot be accepted, we will explain what we can and refund captured funds where appropriate.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the provider.
